However, we've addressed this issue head on by offsetting the odor with our signature citrus scent. You will find fresh orange zest in your bottle so that the citrus is even more fragrant.

ricewatermale preparation:

- Your ricewatermale will be created and fermented fresh to order and on demand. Your bottle won't be prepared until after your order is placed.

- You should also expect cleanliness and quality, as each item is made in a sterile environment and handled with care.

Our Shipping Process:

- We will begin creating your order the next business day after you order. To allow time for the fermentation process, shipping, and handling, your item will be shipped within 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number through USPS.

- Adult signature will be required for proof of delivery confirmation and fraud prevention. Please make sure that after you receive your tracking number and estimated delivery date that someone is at the address you provide to sign for it. 

- We recommend using your entire bottle within 2 weeks once you receive it in the mail and you should keep your bottle refrigerated. 

- You should expect to give this product time to see results. It will NOT work overnight, however you should BEGIN to see noticeable results with consistent use.

- Please be advised that CONSISTENCY is key during this process. You'll need to repeat this process EVERY 2-4 WEEKS for optimal results!

*Disclaimer: If you feel you are experiencing extreme dryness or you believe your hair is beginning to feel brittle after use, make sure you are moisturizing your hair extremely well. If you feel your hair has porosity that is not fit for rice water, reduce using this product to 8 weeks and only allow it to sit in your hair for a few hours in order to not dry your hair out.

Please remember that each bottle is made fresh and takes time to ferment and ship. For example, if you are using ricewatermael every 4 weeks you would want to have your subscription set for every 3 weeks. This allows enough time in advance for you to have your bottle by week 4.
